  • Support a group of over 6,000 users providing IT support services
  • I manage all the IT assets for the department along with managing all of the software licensing
  • I am also a data manager and work as a support to our EDI team when needed as a backup and I am the IT data manager
  • Provide support to our HR department in running reports for pay data and auditing employment hours for all of our federal contract employees to make sure we meet the requirements for our federal audit
  • To stay in compliance with our federal and state requirements to meet our goals for employment with workers with disabilities I manage and conduct reporting on all talent acquisition, compensation data, employee benefits, employee hours, and compliance with all of our HR systems and policies
  • Notable Project Experience – I manage the PC Refresh every quarter for the agencies to ensure each user is provided with a new device once their service agreement with Iron bow has been met
  • I manage all hardware and software inventory for the agency using service now as well as serving as the software administrator for Adobe, Salesforce, Project Place, Redcap, and recently have taken over creating an application through Power Apps to build an in-house inventory system for all of our assets
  • I serve as the ServiceNow administrator for the agency and was a lead on the Service Now Implementation project and we went live with ServiceNow in October 2022
  • I am currently working on a project where I am the EDI specialist working on converting all of our file data over from out POS system NCR CounterPoint over to our new ERP system Odoo so we can combine all of our State and Federal data into one system.
