As a Certified Trainer and Service Specialist I was responsible for teaching new crew members the "Cane's Way" for every zone(Kitchen, Drive Thru, Front counter, etc). With this I would demonstrate proper techniques while also supervising the trainee as they begin to take over. As CT's we also help with maintaining standards by always encouraging speed of service, safety & sanitation, and the quality of the food. As a CT I am also a great role model by displaying good work ethic, energy, and customer service.
