After being with Parker Oil for several years, I plan on being part of a team where I will make the best use of my skills and knowledge over many years. I feel Parker Oil is the place where i can grow as not just an employee but as an individual. I've watched and learned from those that have come before me and taken what they have taught me and become a key team member in any position that i have been faced with. I know that having a great knowledge of how to do service work is just the tip of the iceberg, but to be a great manager and team leader takes that extra effort to ensure that those working under me have the tools and direction they need to complete the task at hand.

Working out of Burkeville the last seven years has given me the ability and understanding to be a leader to those around me. Knowing each of the service techs and their skills will give me the knowledge needed to ensure that they are using the skills they have to keep not only the customers happy but to have the service department in general a well ran team to maximize efficiency. I look forward to being a team leader and keeping the great track record that Burkeville has had over the years.
