Exercising

Working out between 4-7 days a week with calisthenics or weight training with a mix-in of cardio. Exercising in general is healthy for me and my body as well as mindset. It's one of those things that teach you with perseverance and tenacity you can achieve hard goals. Also to stay self-disciplined by making sure I work out a certain amount each week regardless of how I feel: e.g. After a long day at work or getting little sleep the night before.
