In my capacity as a law enforcement officer, I have participated in drug trafficking investigations, resulting in felony arrests. I have been involved in various types of electronic surveillance, in the execution of search and arrest warrants, and in the debriefing of defendants, witnesses, infonnants, and others who have knowledge regarding drug distribution and transportation, as well as laundering and concealing proceeds from these activities, making me well aware of the methods and techniques used by illegal drug traffickers to facilitate their illegal activities.
During my time as an agent with the SJDDTF, I have personally conducted or have been involved with investigations involving controlled substances to include methamphetamine, fentanyl, heroin, and cocaine, making me well aware of the methods and techniques used by illegal drug traffickers to facilitate their illegal activities. I have utilized confidential informants and GPS surveillance. Through these investigations, training, and conversations with other agents and law enforcement personnel, I have become very familiar with the methods used by illegal drug traffickers to smuggle, safeguard, distribute, and manufacture controlled substances.
