Area Supervisor Job Duties

1. Weekly Site Visits

• Check in with staff to address concerns, provide support, and ensure a positive work environment.

• Evaluate work conditions and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

• Monitor employee work performance and provide feedback as needed.

2. Truck Inspections

• Conduct visual inspections of the exterior and interior of trucks weekly.

• Document findings and address any necessary maintenance or cleaning issues.

3. Training & Development

• Retrain employees as needed to ensure proper procedures and performance standards are met.

• Provide coaching and mentorship to staff to improve efficiency and service quality.

4. Inventory Management

• Maintain an up-to-date inventory check sheet.

• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and available for operations.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Conduct monthly safety meetings to review protocols and address concerns.

• Ensure employees follow all safety guidelines and procedures.

6. Work Schedule

• Work Monday nights and one additional floating night per week at the Meridian truck wash.

• Assist with wash operations, ensuring efficiency and quality standards are met.

7. Reporting & Communication

• Upload weekly wash numbers in a timely manner.

• Communicate with management regarding site performance, employee concerns, and operational needs.
