Past experience
I hired on with Lake City in 2014 as a C wastewater operator and quickly moved up the chain to Director in 2017. During my time as director i have overseen the construction and completion of the $17 million Kicklighter Water Reclamation Facility which is a 3.0 mgd plant, and the Saint Margarets improvement project valued at $5.5 million and came in $500,000 under budget. I have also worked closely with engineers to secure over $20 million worth of grants for treatment wetlands and plant upgrades. I manage a team of 18 employees consisting of plant operators and maintenance staff. I put together and manage an average $4 million dollar annual budget. It has been my goal throughout my career to come back home and serve my community.
