Provided guests with great customer service. Assisted with breakfast service, set up, and take down. Checked guests in during the afternoon hours. Assisted with reservations and modifications. Provided recommendations for activities and restaurants.

Checked guests in during evening hour shifts. Helped organize and assist with large groups, ski teams, and pro athlete guests in checking into the resort. Provided information about the resort, the mountain, and the town. Answered roll over emergency calls from the ski patrol office.

Worked with large groups and corporate buy outs. Provided site tours for event planners. Worked with multiple departments including our Adventure Center, Spa, Food and Beverage, Rental Shop, maintenance, landscaping, and housekeeping. Provided guest transportation to our ranch, and to and from the airport. Worked the concierge desk scheduling appointments for our many amenities. Performed night audits when need and assisted with turn down services.

Worked the front desk on evening shifts where I covered the desk, housekeeping, and maintenance. Provided information to guests about the town as well as things to do in Rocky Mountain National Park. Communicated with morning shift as well as all departments on the property. Was on call 24/7 for desk, housekeeping, and security/maintenance.

Provided great service to guests in many different facets and departments. Mostly worked service where I served three to four tables for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also worked cocktail nights during entertainment in the upstairs bar area. Built rapport with guests over their week on the ship. Traveled to Alaska, and up the Mississippi River. Also worked in housekeeping and laundry, especially on turn over days. And worked in guest services providing service to guest rooms and fixing any issues with their experience. Also worked in excursions where I would have to plan and execute something for a group of guests off the ship. My favorite experiences were going to a glacier in Alaska, and a haunted ghost tour in New Orleans.
