Adept at leading teams and optimizing operations, my tenure at Froe Bro's Drilling showcased my mechanical aptitude and dedication to efficiency. Renowned for pioneering strategies at Cody Slaathaug Farms, I excel in welding and pattern recognition, driving projects to success. My proactive approach and ability to streamline processes promise to be an asset to any team.
Assmble information reguarding well depth and materials drilled in order to correctly calculate depths for fracking drilled rock wells.
Assembe the necessary tools and supporting equipment in order to safely and effectively fracture wells.
Maintain and examine the fracking truck and its support vehicles in order to ensure safe and successful operation.
This included but was not limited to, welding, fueling, checking trucks from top to bottom, assembling and diassembling frack piping on every sight.
Maintaining and operating high pressure pumps, boom rigs, transfer pumps and water trucks were necessary to ensure success.
I was called upon to service existing well equipment as well as install new well systems, from pump to water lines and fittings to electrical wiring to pressure switches and tanks and control boxes, I did it all.
In conclusion: I had a great time working in this fast paced job setting, however my family stuggled due to the large amount of hours I had to be away from home every day. I have spoken with Tom and we have decided to part ways after the normal layoff time in October of 2024.
Farming is a great oppertunity to learn about aspects of a lot of other job fields.
From inherently becoming a mechanic, welder, parts inventory specialist, tire repair technician, assembler, accountant, tax preparer, salesman, metal fabricator, mainenance supervisor, crew leader and on down the line to ultimately becoming the chief executive officer of a $1,000,000 entity.
I am a go getter, I have found that doing the things everyone else hates to have to do are the key to success.
This farming operation grew fast as I worked very hard to make sure no one else was going to out do me. I am a passionate person who enjoys doigs hard work that needs to be done.
My farm was known for delivering the highest valued crops at the best prices possible, which may have involved more work, but also meant more return on my investment. I was always on top of newly developing technologies and strategies and techniques in order to squeeze every penny out of every acre I had.
My determination and wherewithal have been my largest asset my whole life.
Unfortunately due to family issues I was asked to take a a step back from farming in order to rent out land because my children were being neglected by their mother and have an easier to calculate into the states guidelines job in order to keep my family together as one after my wife became mentally unstable and eventually wanted a divorce.
It happens!
I have found a wonderful woman and mother to my 3 remaining sons. She and I are working on buying a larger house together.
I just need a career to focus on like I did my farm.
Hiring me will not proove to be mistake as I impress everyone.
