I have managed a property with a friend from high school for a family that doesn't live within the state. It is a large property with 2 homes on the property. We landscape, cut trees, do any cleaning needed inside and out. The second home is an apartment which has been used as a VRBO for the last year so we have guests stay relatively every weekend. We've recently replaced all siding on the main house and replaced majority of door and window frames. Set in a new patio, and built a deck for the secondary house. We've done all the work needed for the property outside of roofing, plumbing, or electrical. Anything besides that we do on a daily basis. Took a short break from that job to help with carpentry projects
