- Review routes and answer questions from Nissan
- Organize billing information (Detention Requests, Expedites, New Route Information)
- Work with MLS yards to ensure coverage for Nissan Lanes
- Review scorecards from the customers, analyze information, work with other yards on how to improve out scores
DTMS Trainer
- Review Data from our EDI software to show areas where dispatch and drivers could improve their updates
- Building routes in our EDI software for yards so drivers information can be tracked and drivers can be paid.
- Travel to yards to work one-on-one with drivers and dispatch to improve their use with our program.
