At Techserv my main responsibilities included diagnosing equipment malfunctions of power lines and poles on site. Taking detailed pictures and measurements of poles and power lines. Keeping equipment clean and working correctly to not have nay downtime. Respond to all service calls and jobs on time while working the job efficiently. Finally, keeping a detailed record of things like hours worked, miles drove from job to job, and all data collected. I Worked in alternating hitches, working 55 hours per average work week to meet project demands. I used multiple tools including measuring devices like KAT sticks to gather data on power poles and lines running off the pole for companies like AT&T and Spectrum regarding the installization of equipment on lines and poles. Conducted fieldwork across diverse environments throughout the United States traveling to states like Nevada, Ohio and Florida. Facilitated access to backyards through door and gate interactions having to communicatewith a wide varietyof different people to gain access to their property. Using the information gathered through the day I would send all the pictures and measurements to our office. Collaborated with teams ranging from 2 to 12 members to enhance productivity.
