Received invoices for bus parts, utilities, etc. via email and postal mail for eight terminals. Coded and entered them into computer to print sixty to one-hundred checks weekly. Worked with terminal managers to ensure accuracy of invoices processed. Worked with investment team to supply them with information requested.

• Collected time data from Kronos system in order to process bi-weekly payroll.
• Calculated salaries, rate changes, retroactive adjustments, overtime, vacation, termination and garnishments.
• Completed quarterly and annual tax forms, including W-2's and 1099's.

• Reviewed vendor invoices for appropriate documentation and validity prior to payment.
• Entered invoices into computer using GAP accounting software.
• Wrote checks weekly to pay those invoices due.
• Verified vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
