- Setting up ACH payment forms for TCI employees
- Equipment Quotes : for Kelan, Jack, Marc.
- Scanning in jobs when completed.
- Filing all the payables
- Expense books for TCI, IEG and administration.
- Collecting A/R for TCI, IEG with a collection amount of over $10 million in receivables, including older parts invoices, plants etc.
- Ordering all office supplies, restocking all supplies for the restrooms.
- Setting up Employee Luncheons, contacting restaurant's,etc.
- Setting up the Golf outing
- Putting is sales orders in Netsuite, including pulling pricing,correcting the salesman in Netsuite.
