Going into both of my summer jobs at Dennett Construction and at Dickies arena I had known none of the qualifications about the jobs, but I was given a chance to learn and that has helped me become a hands on person with a strong work ethic and attitude. Being a resident assistant (RA) has also greatly impacted my work as it helped show me a more personal side of working. I have been an RA for two years and each time it has been for an all girls floor who are in an education major providing me with learning how to interact and communicate to people with little base level commonality's.
