I am a very committed BYU student looking to gain more real-world experience. As a student in the ACME program, I have an appreciation for math and the tracking of numbers. In addition to my high level of accuracy and attention to detail, I have great communication skills and am very easy to talk to!
I am currently an Assistant Property Manager for several business suites in Orem. I conduct property inspections to identify areas for improvement and maintenance needs. I keep accurate record of rent payments and follow up on delinquent tenants, maintaining a spirit of kindness and professionalism. I use my Spanish often to help bridge the gap between Spanish-speaking clients and English-speaking business owners.
I specialized in conducting estate sales, involving the categorization, description, and sale of valuables. I conducted the liquidation of many collectible items to interested buyers.
For two years I lived in Mexico City, Mexico as a missionary. I am fluent in the Spanish language and have developed great interpersonal and conversational skills. I have the ability to relate easily with people from varying socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.
For six years my brother and I were the owners of our a lawn mowing business. From this experience I learned great landscaping and customer service skills, as well as how to accurately manage a balance sheet.
During the pandemic I worked to remodel homes, including landscaping and interior remodeling. I am now familiar with many of the tools and skills required for upkeep on residential properties, as well as how to resolve issues as they arise.
