I currently manage a team of almost 20 GSOC operators between Texas and San Jose California whom some are significantly older than myself, as I have never let my younger age hinder my professional workplace. While working in our branch office I was responsible for our hundreds of employees and all new hires/ terminations so my organization skills have developed tremendously over the years. 

I am in constant relay with the eBay client about needs and wants for the GSOC locations in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX that operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
