At USI Consulting Group , my role was a 401k Administrator utilizing Charles Schwab Recordkeeping Technologies to carry out the transactional recordkeeping of $10-15 million in individual retirement assets. I acted in compliance with:

• IRS regulations
• ERISA
• Filing Form 5500
• Internal/External Audit Participation with zero exceptions noted

I was certified by the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries. My responsibilities spread from being the administrator on the USI Individual Retirement Arrangement Master account to primarily overseeing the distributions, contributions, loans and rollovers of 401(k)s and 403(b)s.

For the USIRA, I was part of a small team that had the purview of both Direct Contributions and Defined Benefits retirement assets. This was a complex aspect of the role as it was the sole IRA product offered and required an extensive knowledge of plan transfers and conversions of Pre-tax, After/Post-tax and Roth money types.

For all plans, I assisted in daily participant requests via email and call service lines both domestic and international.

I was assigned to work one-on-one with an agent of J. Pepper Frazier Real Estate assisting with:

• 24/7 Property Management of Nashaquisset Housing Development
• Contract arrangements of parties/legal counsel
• Team leadership of maintenance staff
• Email / text rapid communications
• 24/7 Delivery of items around the island
• Concierge services (Grocery, rental equipment)

I held this position whilst also working for a family as a summer hire for their various rental properties.
