As the Lead Contract Specialist/Procurement Analyst, was responsible for complex actions related to the $942M Stryker Medium Caliper Weapons System (MCWS) Engineering Change Proposal (EPC) and $171 MXM813 Cannon Production Contracts.

• Evaluated and negotiated various completion and level of effort work directives, including the $10M Contract Fuze Setter Integration Work Directive.
• Provided recommendations to requirements office, the Procuring Contract Officer (PCO), and management based upon analysis and interpretation of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Determined the best acquisition strategy of long-range acquisition projects; and perform market research.
• Reviewed scopes of work (SOW); write determinations and findings (D&Fs), as well as PCO letters; MFRs, and price negotiation memorandums (PNMs).
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams (Stryker Program Executive Office, Budget, Engineering, etc.) to develop comprehensive contract strategies that met business objectives.

Served as a dual-hatted Contract Specialist/Procurement Analyst on the competitive follow-on Stryker Sustainment Services contract ($515M) & $22M Sole Source STTE Containerization contract.

• Independently administered the FY21 and FY22 NET/Fielding and OEM task orders ($50M), consisting of multiple funding streams.
• Individually was responsible for all phases of the STTE Containerization acquisition cycle, including pre-requirement planning, solicitation preparation, negotiation of prices and contract terms, evaluation criteria, award, and post-award administration.
• Participated in a pricing developmental; utilized a variety of application tools, cost analysis techniques, and extensive market research to effectively evaluate the various factors affecting contractor's costs and prices, resulting in a $6M savings to the Department of Defense.

Spearheaded the Stryker End User Certificate (EUC) process; served as the EUC SME for the entire Stryker/LAV Contracting Division

• Worked independently with the Senior Contracting Officer (SCO)Box, Business Law and Intellectual Property legal departments, contractor(s), and foreign government point of contacts to prepare and route multiple EUC packages.
• Greatly reduced the lead time (6 months) by refining the EUC process alongside senior leadership.
