Provide outstanding customer service to customers by providing them with the knowledge to make the best loan choices to meet their financial goals while giving them the information they need to make informed decisions to protect their payments if the unforeseen should arise by choosing the right payment protection insurances to cover their payments if the unforeseen should happen. In collections, my responsibility was to help customers find a way to bring their account up to date if they were experiencing a hardship and were unable to pay by offering a deferrment or refinance of their account. Other daily tasks included taking payments, applications for loans, and listing us a lien holder on auto secured loans.
