Dynamic leader and problem-solver with a history at Delaware Public Service Commission, where I honed my organizational skills and attention to detail. As the Chief of Technical Services, I was responsible for 20 personnel which included areas of finance, engineering and customer complaint investigations.
For many years, I was the lead case manager on Verizon telecommunications cases. The cases included new service offerings, service quality issues, pole attachment disputes, competitive services, and deregulation cases.
I was case manager on natural gas, water, wastewater, and electric cases and the cases included rate cases, new service offerings, mergers and customer service issues. Over my 30 years I have trained several analysts in this field of regulation.
Just prior to my retirement, I was the lead case manager on the Exelon/Delmarva Power Company merger where $78 million of benefits were secured for the people in the State of Delaware and Commission regulations for filing cases including rate cases were updated.
I retired from the Public Service in December 2006 after 22.5 years and went to work for Artesian Water Company for 3 years preparing rate case (including testifying) for both their water and wastewater companies in Delaware, Maryland and Pennsylvania. (I returned to the DE PSC and completed my 30 years of service.)
