

Team Leader
1. Customer Service – assisting customers in searching for parts, materials, or deliveries, quick
response to line down issues, support other Honda facilities when needed
2. Front Line Leadership to Manage day-to-day operations
3. Responsible for Spare Part Inventory Management to protect production
4. Sign off and adhere to all operation standards in MRO. Support Training for all new MRO
positions
5. Confirm nightly Audit completed daily, resolve any issues. Maintain coverage on all shifts includes backfilling associate call offs. Alert Adecco and DM
immediately on no shows
7. Primary contact for associates for International Shipments to support associates
8. Hold daily shift meetings and communicate with DM
9. Understand and adhere to QMS policies and procedures, use ISO Quest to retrieve forms
10. Audit Inventory and Put-Away to maintain a high degree of inventory accuracy
11. Monitor and drive KPI’s countermeasure activity with General Technicians
12. Support & assign training for storeroom new hires
13. DM backup to support weekly reports and daily needs
14. Support P&S Business Plan Activity
15. Maintain your licenses and certifications to operate equipment/vehicles
16. Daily C.O.P. which includes organizing shelves, recycling cardboard, sweeping floors, and
general
17. Perform duties outside of your normal roles & responsibilities as needed to assure MRO is
meeting the needs of the customer
18. Apply all company policies and procedures fairly and objectively to all associates in and
outside the department/division
19. Travel Requirements: Includes daily trips to other Honda facilities, UPS/FedEx or any other
local facility to support production or meetings. Travel could require immediate need with little
advance notice along with any shift coverage.
Repair Associate.
1. Verify information on Repair Request Form is accurate
2. Record pertinent information needed to process an item
3. Determine whether an item should be scrapped and sent to obsolescence or sent for repair
4. When sending for repair, issue a PO and prepare the material for shipment
5. If further information is required from end user, manufacturer, supplier or 900# set-up is
required, communicate with Replenishment associate to ensure they are aware the part should
not be released to order.
6. If 900# set-up or extend is needed, submit BOM to SPDM and stage material while SPDM
process is pending.
7. Schedule FedEx shipments for larger material; schedule UPS shipments for smaller parcels
8. Process scan guns for warranty repairs
9. Run weekly late order reports for repair POs
10. Email repair vendors for updates on late orders
11. Receive quotes and update repair orders with appropriate pricing, or delete orders if deemed to
be an noneconomical repair
12. Communicate with Replenishment associate when an order is deleted as confirmation to release
a request to PO
13. Work as the liaison between end users and repair vendors
14. Comply with IsoDocs P-MRO-00081, P-MRO-00134, utilize P-MRO-00140 and P-MRO-00144
15. Record warranty, core credit and repair vs. new valuesResponsible for Spare Part Inventory
Management to protect production
16. Summarize and countermeasure weekly reporting triggers (KPI) and report to Dept./Division
management
17. R&R’s will be detailed on each new associates training plan and an assessment of the
effectiveness of the training shall be completed at predetermined intervals

20. Perform duties outside of your normal roles & responsibilities as needed to assure MRO is
meeting the needs of the customer
21. Travel Requirements: Includes daily and extended trips overnight to support department
requirements and or business needs. Travel could require immediate need with little advance
