Corey Agin

Served as the Senior Talent Management Non-Commissioned Officer for the career management and professional development of approximately 18,000 Soldiers in six separate Military Occupational Specialties. Recommends career enhancement and NCO professional education. Provided input for promotion projections, force alignment, and MOS structure issues; advises on Soldier progression; manages nominations for broadening assignments; USASOC, Drill Sergeants, Recruiting, Training with Industry, Equal Opportunity, and Inspector General. Conducted screening for the United States Army's available population in accordance with the Active Component Manning Guidance. Was responsible for the training, development, health, and well-being of four other NCOs and four Department of the Army Civilians.

Served as a First Sergeant for the Motor Transport Operators Course Advanced Individual Training. Responsible for the training, health, welfare, discipline, housing, and equipping of 2,000 AIT Soldiers annually. Provided leadership, development, training, accountability, and mentorship to 15 Drill Sergeants and five additional support cadre members and their families. Ensured the cadre remain training and proficient in warrior tasks and battle drills. Served as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Company Commander on all matters pertaining to enlisted Soldiers and their families. Enforced unit policies, procedures, training guidance and provides supervisory accountability of over $1.2 million dollars' worth of unit equipment, individual Soldier equipment, and facilities.

Served as a Platoon Sergeant for a multi-functional Forward Support Company in support of a 770 Soldier Stryker Infantry Battalion in a Stryker Brigade Combat Team; responsible for the health, welfare, and training of 30 Soldiers. Responsible for the oversight in the distribution of all classes of supply to the battalion. Advised, assisted, and developed the Platoon Leader in all operations and property accountability. Responsible for the maintenance, accountability and effective utilization of all platoon vehicles, weapons and associated equipment valued at over $25,000,000. Planned, managed and monitored platoon motor transport operations, including platoon area of the unit motor pool. Counseled, motivated, mentored and developed Soldiers and NCO's into competent leaders.

Served as a Senior Drill Sergeant in an Advanced Individual Training Company for the Motor Transport Operator Course.. Was overall responsible for the accountability, supervision, professional development, and evaluation for four Drill Sergeants. Responsible for the training of 1,500 Initial Entry Training Soldiers per year, as well as accountability and serviceability of individual and organizational equipment values in excess of $125,000. Responsible for instilling discipline, enforcing the Army Values and military standards while providing leadership, guidance, and counseling for Drill Sergeants and IET Soldiers. Responsible for ensuring all Training and Doctrine Command training guidelines were met, and all Soldiers met the Army Standards for basic Soldiering.
