Was overall responsible for the accountability, supervision, professional development, and evaluation for four Drill Sergeants. Responsible for the training of 1,500 Initial Entry Training Soldiers per year, as well as accountability and serviceability of individual and organizational equipment values in excess of $125,000. Responsible for instilling discipline, enforcing the Army Values and military standards while providing leadership, guidance, and counseling for Drill Sergeants and IET Soldiers.
