Serving families in Colorado, Wyoming, Illinois, and Florida by performing the following duties:

• Act as a receptionist providing information and assistance to courts, opposing counsels, opposing parties, law enforcement, child family investigators, mediators, and prospective clients.
• Screen telephone calls and requests for information, and route calls for an appropriate response.
• Consult with prospective clients on legal avenues to address emotionally disturbing issues, such as child neglect and/or child abuse.

Serving communities of the 17th Judicial District by performing the following duties:

• Assessed troubled youth between the ages of 7 and 17 by identifying risk factors via screenings, interviews, and meetings with mental health professionals.
• Drafted intake reports containing data collected from screening youth, and provided them to municipal courts within the 17th Judicial District.
• Facilitated intensive 10-week Life Skills program intended to reduce risky behavior among troubled youth
• Presented the intended purposes of The Link and its Life Skills Program to the Thornton Police Department and public.

• Consulted with Prospective Clients on firm's services and the legal remedies available to address each case's respective issues
• Organized data using Microsoft Excel to identify clients signed, and the designated attorney on each case.
• Helped generate 5-10 new clients per week by fostering close relationships with individuals experiencing emotionally challenging situations.

• Collected pertinent data relative to new inquiries submitted by potential clients.
• Offered compassionate and attentive guidance to potential clients during moments of crisis.
• Answered phone calls and provided new clients with the required paperwork to initiate service.

• Performed comprehensive assessments on clients' legal matters in order to determine viability.
