  • Team lead for all bankruptcy cases, support senior attorneys, internal liaison for other departments, outside counsel and customers.
  • Manage four Credit clerks through discrepancies. Ensure accuracy, quality work, training needs, and meet deadlines.

  • Assist accounts payable by researching refund checks and implementing new process with refunds to reduce arrears and unnecessary refunds.

  • Conduct daily reviews of court documents to assess their implications and determine required actions for ongoing bankruptcy cases.

  • Develop and run monthly excel reports for Senior Management detailing accounts impacted by bankruptcy, including those in write off status, active accounts, and accounts with dismissed cases.

  • Responsible for annual Recon numbers provided to Illinois Commerce Commission.
