I oversee about 100 employees.
I complete weekly schedules for Preferred Agents, Rapid Return Agents and Guard Gate Employees.
I complete the Game Plan for the Rental Agents, make sure are ready lines have a good mixture of car class for the rental agents.
Making sure our Rapid Return agent push down the cars needed to be clean to eliminate long waits.
Make sure our return agents have a mixture of cars on the ready line to maximize sales.
