  • Operational Expert. Managed daily maternal triage and inpatient operations to meet healthcare delivery standards to achieve an A+ 2023 Joint Commission survey. Collaborated with a multidisciplinary team and performed 588 patient care hours to deliver 130 newborns. Leadership engagement and mentorship of the Navy's Medical Enlisted Commissioning Program led to two Academic Year 2024 selections.
  • Compassionate Advocate. The command's Perinatal Bereavement Coordinator spearheaded education and networked with the Family Support Center to advance counseling service options. Coordinated across three national organizations to facilitate the donation of 405 informational packets, saving the command $4K, and assisting grieving families. Fulfilled the command's Prevention and Management of Disruptive Behavior requirements as a lead instructor, qualifying 40 personnel.
