In addition to responsibilities as a staff pharmacist I:

*Ensure compliance with company, state and federal regulatory agency standards and policies.

*Manage inventory and ancillary staffing to meet company fiscal objectives.

*Perform targeted interventions, CMR and MTM consultations with patients utilizing OutcomesMTM and company protocol.

*Lead a highly motivated team of pharmacists, interns and support staff dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure positive patient outcomes. We are among the leaders in our district for immunizations and OutcomesMTM completion.

*Provide initial training and continued support for newly hired pharmacists in the district.

*Communicated effectively via phone and fax with outside providers and staff to provide timely pharmaceutical care to our patients.

*Maintained confidentiality of patient and employer records and information at all times.
