i have worked at Shoneys ,Cracker Barrel,Outback Steak House,Demos, and an old country dinner that's no longer opened called 4winds . i have dealt with all ,different types of people in the past 10years, i have just learn over the years how to deal with different people and different situations , you always Must stay calm and understanding and always make sure your customers are always leaving with a smile on there faces with a fantastic overall experience .even if something gets messed up i always make sure i go above and beyond to fix the problem and make sure they customer is happy and will Come back!
