Company Overview: Provides the Denver Metro areas with treatment for at risk youth

• Started out as an overnight Treatment Counselor, quickly promoted to a Lead staff and then fast tracked onto the facility supervisor
• Specialized in working with at risk youth between the ages of 3-18 in state custody
• Working personally with administration, staff, clinicians, education, county and legal officials, parents and clients to create and implement daily routines, activities, behavior plans, and crisis interventions
