Courtney Cahill

Amityville,New York

Summary

With a degree in Communication, my employment choices represent the diversity of working in the private sector (News 12 Long Island/TV Station and Radio Stations WBAB/WBLI Cox Media Group), a non-profit organization (New York Blood Center), and State Government (NYS Department of Health COVID-19 Initiative).

I am a strong Team Player, who demonstrates initiative and is equally comfortable with or without local supervision.

My most recent position (NYS Covid Tracer) was remote based, requiring the curiosity of a detective, the empathy and problem-solving aptitude of a social worker and up to the minute Covid knowledge of a health-care professional. The ability to absorb new information and procedures quickly was essential.
