Process quality claims in multiple products with efficiency to benefit members with timely and accurate completion

Triage patients upon presentation and carry out immediate first aid in stat cases, including CPR
Assist doctor in all aspects of their patient care from check in, diagnostics, treatments, hospitalization, and discharge
Perform laboratory diagnostics in cytology, blood analysis, and parasitology
Induce and maintain anesthesia on surgical and dental procedures, as well as assistance with sedated patients
Triage patients upon presentation and carry out immediate first aid in stat cases, including CPR
Admit patients for hospitalization with full rounds to ICU technician and complete treatment sheets

Operate and interpret multi-parameter monitoring systems
Assist doctors with exams and carry out treatments as prescribed on dogs, cats, and exotics
Place and maintain intravenous catheters, obtain laboratory samples via venipuncture and cystocentesis and evaluate accordingly
Induce and maintain anesthesia on patients during surgical procedures, assist doctors practicing aseptic technique, and recover patients post-operatively
Perform dental prophylaxis, take and develop dental radiographs, and extract teeth as directed
Take and develop radiographs using traditional developer and digital programming
Serve as Safety Coordinator to oversee OSHA compliance
Perform daily animal husbandry and observation of bird collection, consisting of penguins, alcids, parrots, flamingoes, passerines, and waterfowl
