The Tahoe beach Club is a private residential community with a 30,000 square foot clubhouse nestled on the beach of Lake Tahoe. Our primary focus is member experience. I participate in the design of member excursions, as well as member events.

Duties not limited to the following:

• Work closely with organizational leadership to guide operational strategy.
• Oversee operations and provided corrective feedback to achieve daily and long-term goals.
• Monitor office workflow and administrative processes to keep operations running smoothly.
• Monitor and coordinated workflows to optimize resources.
• Assist with sales and marketing strategies to foster achievement of revenue goals.
• Optimize operational processes using analytics tools to address member-specific metrics.
• Manage inventory levels and budget adherence.
• Interact well with members and guests to build connections and nurture relationships.
• Train new employees on proper protocols and customer service standards.
• Handle problematic customers and clients to assist lower-level employees and maintain excellent customer service.
• Manage recruiting, hiring and training of team members.
• Schedule employees for shifts, taking into account member and guest traffic and employee strengths.
• Recruited, hired, and trained initial personnel, working to establish key internal functions and outline scope of positions for new organization.
• Supervise creation of exciting merchandise displays to catch attention of store customers.
• Manage daily operations while overseeing multiple locations to foster increased productivity.

The Spa at Edgewood is a conveniently located, slope side, and lakeside 4-star rated Forbes luxury resort property consisting of 154 rooms, as well as a golf course.

Duties included, but not limited to:

• Foundational set up of operations of 8,500 sq. ft. newly built spa including personnel procurement and menu development.
• Curated leading vendors and suppliers to meet clientele needs.
• Assisted in anticipating and executing a business demand within an elite community.
• Assisted in development of a new spa treatment menu that further met client demands, by promoting cutting edge industry trends, in turn increasing treatment revenue.
• Assisted in branding a high-end luxury spa to serve a discerning clientele that serves both transient and local clientele alike.
• Assisted in revenue increase for 3 consecutive years.
• Assisted in obtaining 4-star Forbes rating by managing operating standards, quality control and recruitment.
