Summary

Currently, I am a Correctional Corporal with the Rockingham County Department of Corrections. In this capacity, I obtain the responsibility of the inmates and officers. I primarily run the processing department, over see all transports, and run the institution as a whole when scheduled as the shift commander.

A dynamic, hardworking, and resourceful correctional supervisor with motivational leadership and training of 5 years. Prior to corrections, I have experience studying the history of the criminal justice system and many of the general areas within in order to better inform, improve, and develop solutions and processes. A visionary with excellent interpersonal communication skills as well as organizational skills to effectively optimize the processes and performances of the system.
