With this job position, I am skilled and operating in a fast-paced environment, with demanding objectives for sales, service and quality. I would describe myself as a enthusiastic team player successful and multitasking and delivering kind, prompt service to all customers. My shifts would consist of maintaining a clean and orderly work environment. Operating POS terminals to input orders, add modifications, split bills along with calculating total payments. Greeting customers with a friendly smile and attitude. While educating and answering questions about our menu, recommending specials, wines and deserts to increase profits. Acting as a team player is crucial in this environment. Aiding to my fellow coworkers in food running, greeting guests, refilling soup, salad and drinks. Pre bussing my sections throughout my changing tables. Checking with guests to get feedback on food served, and over all restaurant experience, resolve any issues if brought up, quick based solutions In return for a happy guest. Bringing additional items and being on top of the quests refills. Along with restocking nonperishable food items, condiments, cups, dishes and napkins to keep a well stocked environment around us.

While preforming additional closing and opening duties through out the beginning and end of my shift. Such as preparing and stocking food items, cutlery and beverage stations. Emptying trash, safeguarding alcohol and polishing silverware. I am beyond grateful that I got to experience this job position, I absolutely love working in a fast-paced environment with people around me, so this was right up my ally. I I continue to learn and expand my knowledge of sales, customer service, people and efficiency in the work place.

Being employed with Puff Puff Tobacco and with my position, I am educated on glass products, tobacco, Delta-8 products, CBD therapy, and the benefits within all. This position consisted of me carrying a lot of important roles throughout a retail environment. Between the responsibilities of opening/closing shifts, independently maintaining a store's inventory, sales, and proper up-keep of our shop. Under the effects of COVID-19, we were placed under severe conditions such as under-staffed teams, frequent schedule changes, and even adjusting to different stores in the area. I communicated with customers, answering questions and offering support to ensure a satisfactory experience with both the store and our products. Working in such an independent environment has provided so much experience and skill with heavy positions such as management, inventory, and operation of our computer system. I have even been given the opportunity to conduct several different interviews along with training new team-members and being able to contribute to the expansion of our team. I viewed this as a strong opportunity to expanding my resume and work-oriented skills, making me even more compatible with similar jobs that need strong, self-driven, and informed applicants as part of their company. I am very flexible and open, as far as scheduling goes. I thrive in fast-paced or "busy environments" with being able to multi-task and carry out those tasks in a timely yet efficient manner. With independent work being established, I also love being apart of a team and being able to share that experience to our customers, together.

This position consists of me arranging my own schedule throughout the month. I'm in contact with the customer throughout their whole order. I drive to various restaurants to pick up different orders of food as safely and quickly as possible, then deliver the food to the customers desired location. This is a self employed job so it calls for a variety of skill in self-drive. I consider myself very time oriented and self driven. I'm very organized with time management and customer satisfaction whether that is order accuracy or complete and undivided communication to ensure a sense of prioritization throughout the customers experience. I also have been working under the conditions of the pandemic and have become familiar with the importance of sanitization and the guidelines of the CDC, securing a safe experience for all.

This position consisted of an independent cashier experience. The majority of shifts were single staffed, meaning I would work independently and without co-workers. While this could be enjoyable, it did mean I was solely responsible for any and all functionality throughout the store and gas pumps. Behind the counter tasks consisted of managing register and ringing up all customers and engaging them in a friendly and pleasant experience with our store. I was also qualified in handling legal sale in Tobacco/Alcohol, as well as docking and selling Lottery tickets/stats. Working with all different types of customers throughout the day, this job was solitary and very dynamic. Remaining professional and grounded under stressful circumstances was essential. The ability to adapt is also very important, as this environment was never consistent in obstacle. Each customer had a different scenario with different needs and applying satisfaction in dynamic ways was extremely imperative.

This was a summertime position I worked for 3 consecutive months. Being a pre school aide has provided me with so much knowledge and experience with childcare. This ensuring I can provide all the caretaking that positions like this entail. Throughout my time with this preschool, I had many responsibilities that tied into providing a fun, safe, and engaging experience for the children. We led activities that were both entertaining yet informative to the little ones. We conducted order throughout the classroom ensuring an organized and safe environment for all to engage in. And we made sure that though the classroom rules were in place, the little ones were still going home with a smile and a happy experience to share about their day. It was important to induce order in the classroom yet teach the children ways of correcting their behavior through sympathy. This job was extremely imperative because I understood all that it calls for from developing children’s beginning social skills, manners, and an outlook on their actions. Early education and how it is introduced into a child’s life can be a challenging yet such a fulfilling job for me and I love all its aspects because of it! I believe that educational positions and how those educators handle them, shape the brilliant minds these children will have. Conflict resolution, sharing, forgiveness, and social skills all starts with the child’s early school experiences provided by a dedicated and nurturing mindset. This is why I feel I would be a great asset to your team. I, believe we can teach children so much at this age, but also learn a good amount from them, as well.

This position consisted of a fast-paced environment in food service. Being a sub shop, customers expected to be in and out, receiving their order in a timely manner but still walking out with food of high quality. I was also trained in "Food prep" being the preparation of deli meats and ingredients for a day in the sub shop. I was trained on the safety and operation of the meat slicer, ensuring a safe experience for myself and fellow coworkers. In addition to the preparation of orders, I would also handle register, providing a fast and satisfactory experience within their desired order. Never having any prior experience to food service, I was definitely able to quickly pick up on these tasks and responsibilities involved therein. While working alongside a team of coworkers, communication and professional coexistence was certainly called for. I personally enjoyed building strong work relationships and mutually sharing and learning what I could with the team. This job also provided me the experience and skill in both opening and closing the store and fulfilling all the responsibilities that are involved in so.
