Accomplishments

Over the years I have tried extremely hard to push myself to do better. Coming into banking with no prior bank experience I slowly started to work my forward reaching each goal I set for myself. I started as a part time teller working my way toward full time. Soon after that I wanted to take on more responsibility and worked on becoming a Teller II being able to help with ATM ticket processing and vault handling in the absence of our Teller Specialist. I found myself in the role as the unofficial back up head teller assisting wherever I could. In 2018 I was named Teller of the Year with minimal balancing discrepancies and high ratings on customer service surveys returned from customers. When our Teller Specialist left the branch I knew I would fit perfectly in that role. Most of the tasks I was already comfortable and familiar with from filling in and learning as much as I could. Now after a few years in the Teller Specialist role I am eager to learn and have more involvement on the operations side of things. Learning the ins and outs of helping the branches function at their peak level.
