I worked as an intern in an assistant superintendent role for a commercial general contracting company, supporting day-to-day operations on active job sites. I assisted with site coordination, subcontractor communication, and monitoring work progress to ensure quality and safety standards were met. I helped track schedules, deliveries, and inspections while resolving field issues alongside the superintendent.
