As an Hourly Supervisor my responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of up to 12 team members at a time.
• Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are being met at all times.
• Leading FOH and BOH operations.
• Managing ticket times to ensure they meet company standards.
• Managing cash handling procedures.
• Ensuring all FOH team members give guest exceptional guest service.
• Handling all guest inquires on shifts.
• Ensuring labor standards are met on each of my shifts.
• Owning all training of new team members on shift.
• Support Sr. Managers in all efforts around the restaurant.

As a FOH team member, my responsibilities included:

• Meeting the needs of guests each shift.
• Cash handling.
• Participating in all company initiatives to upsell each transaction.
• Supporting multiple stations each shift including: Running food, bussing tables, expo, and bar.
• Ensuring all opening and closing duties are completed each shift.

As a Retreat Leader, my responsibilites included:

• Assisting the retreat director in all areas of the camp.
• Assisted with the prepping of meals.
• Lead activities with up to 20 children at a time.
• Ensured proper safety protocols were met for a safe and fun environment for children.

As a Lifeguard, my responsibilities included:

• Ensuring the pool is clean and maintained at all times.
• Ensuring all guests at the pool are following pool rules.
• Monitored the pool throughout the day to enure all guests were safe.
