US Military

Along with everything else I have done in my life one that I hold dear to my heart is the 11 years I spent in the United States Marine Corps as a combat engineer construction platoon I went from being a lonely private to being the platoon commander before leaving I learned everything from how to take orders work as a team with multiple individuals the weight of pressure in knowing that what I did next could be the difference in life or death to being in charge of 36 other marines lives and safety but also having the fulfillment of achieving orders handed down to me and my Marines while living in some of the most extreme conditions from attic care in remote villages in Alaska to the heat and dust of countries abroad all in all it was 11 years of my life that help build me to who I am today.
