 Reviews escalated AMC valuations based on criteria (property value and complexity) and prepares Desk
Review forms using current local real estate market information. Reviews online real estate websites,
researches county records, ensures accurate property data in analyzed.
 Remains up to date on current appraisal requirements as outlined by company policy, regulatory
requirements and licensing requirements.
 Will notify Chief Appraiser of upcoming or new changes to any regulations to initiate and facilitate team
