conclusions and recommendations to Chief Appraiser.
 Appraise complex and highly valued homes, real estate, and other properties with values $5+ million
using current local real estate market information.
 Prepares extensive reports on each property’s value, inspecting properties and preparing legal
descriptions and data regarding multiple real estate properties.
 Reviews escalated complex and in-depth analysis of property market values. Presents analysis,
conclusions and recommendations to Chief Appraiser.
 Reviews escalated AMC valuations based on criteria (property value and complexity) and prepares Desk
Review forms using current local real estate market information. Reviews online real estate websites,
researches county records, ensures accurate property data in analyzed.
 Remains up to date on current appraisal requirements as outlined by company policy, regulatory
requirements and licensing requirements.
 Will notify Chief Appraiser of upcoming or new changes to any regulations to initiate and facilitate team
training with Appraiser II.
 Communicates with the Valuations and Sales team. Will assist Appraiser II.
 Supports development of team.
