This was a spec project to purchase a rundown 1 bedroom 1 bath shack built in 1932.  Realizing the view the property had once view from the roof,  I worked and designed to property to convert it to a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, With a Master bedroom suite up on the second floor..,  All  interior design and finishes as well as exterior landscaping  design and installations were handle and executed by myself.
