  • Providing oversight and management of grant funding to subgrantees, as well as technical assistance as needed and requested. Conduct on-site monitoring visits to subgrantees or desk reviews to assure Federal standards and regulations are being followed by the agencies receiving grant funds. Trainings in person and virtual regarding Federal and state grant funds. Reviewing funding opportunities (RFPs) prior to release to assure information is correct and current. I supervise a staff of five and provide oversight to over 18 federal grant programs and 160 subgrantees throughout the State of Montana.

  • December 2012 – June 2020: Executive Director – Responsible for all operational and strategic oversight of a comprehensive services center to provide holistic services to those affected by abuse. Duties included coordinating education and training presentations for professionals working with victims of violence, management of funding sources and associated projects. Federal and state grant management, City of Nampa budget oversight, maintaining partnerships with various community agencies, supervision of 10 full time staff and 15 contracts. Public speaking events to City Council, County Commissioners, colleges, fundraisers, community awareness events. Oversight of Foundation Board and functions.
  • March 2010 - November 2012: Project Coordinator – duties include administration for the High Risk Team and Abuse in Later Life Federal grants. Responsible for organizing trainings, coordinating monthly partner meetings and completing semi-annual reports. Conducting psychosocial assessment/evaluation with the families of abused/potentially abused children.
