Train new custodians, direct, monitor, and annually evaluate custodians at assigned campus, direct and assist in meeting in special events, maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, request supplies and chemicals, comply with local laws and procedures for the storage and disposable of trash, assume safety responsibilities, inspect machines, work orders, operate tools and equipment, correct any unsafe conditions in the campus, report any conditions that are correctable to the supervisor, etc.

Manage work crew, responsible for having construction materials and machines, move employees from job sights, turn in invoices, pick up materials from hardware stores, power wash garage and driveways, interior and exterior finishes in painting, inspect houses before closing,
