Team manager

Mcdonalds
06.2022 - 03.2023
  • I started like everybody else as a team member, and after three months, the store manager asked me to be the manager because I learned everything that was necessary in the store.
  • By working as a team manager, I was making sure that I knew the people with whom I was working and making decisions about who was going to which station. Most of the time, I would make the decisions depending on their abilities, and knowing where they are stronger.
  • Being a manager also meant that I had to make sure it was clean and neat, and if there was any call-out or a worker didn't show up, I had to look for a solution. It was my responsibility to maintain the store, ensure all the employees took their breaks, and do what they had to do.
  • Also, I had to make sure the safe was good, and the time, and also if there were too many workers and little business. I had to make the decisions to either send someone home early or send two or more people on break, depending on the situation.
  • Supervised team members during busy shifts to ensure efficient service.
  • Resolved customer complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Motivated team members to consistently achieve or exceed performance expectations.
