• Responsible for the gate and the ramp crew working the flight.
• Responsible for the aircraft arrival, unloading, loading and departure processes. • Responsible for maintaining open lines of communication between leadership, the ramp team they lead and cross divisional partners.
• Responsible to keep current on all required training, including annual recurrent, WDR processes and ALIS.
Support managers in day-to-day coordination and management of Rampoperational activities. Monitor, control and manage ramp operations tomeet customer expectations and company goals. Liaise between teams toensure smooth operations delivery.
Coordinate and manage RTSM tasks to ensure performance within allotted timelines. Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures. Build and maintain strong customer relationship and trust through regular communication. Evaluate current ramp operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements. Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.Identify problems in ramp operations process and resolve them in quicklyand timely manner. Follow standard operating procedures for efficient ramp operations. Maintain clear and accurate ramp operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
