During my time as a Beverage Server at Disney Cruise Line, I am dedicated to delivering outstanding service to guests of all demographics. Adhering to Forbes Standards and following USPH protocols consistently is a regular practice in my daily routine. Moreover, I prioritize completing side responsibilities as requested by bartenders and team leaders, ensuring the location is adequately restocked and maintaining a visually appealing front and back of the house to uphold flawless service at all times.

• During the North Europe season, I served as a cocktail waitress, offering hospitable service and showcasing exceptional upselling abilities. Thanks to my proficiency, I was selected to work at specialized bars such as Wine and Cigar, further enhancing my skills in these areas.

• In my role as a caregiver, I oversaw various engaging activities such as fun face painting, creative hairdressing, and interactive sessions with children ranging from 6 months to 12 years old.

• Combining my experiences from working at three distinct bars, I cultivated a wide range of soft skills in interacting with diverse clientele and providing various services. Additionally, I honed hard skills in bartending, managing inventories, and overseeing staff operations.

• In my role as a receptionist, I managed appointment scheduling, handled archives, and actively promoted various service packages through phone calls and in-person interactions. I seized every opportunity, whether during client check-ins or interactions with individuals passing through the shop, to upsell services effectively.
