Ensured athletes, coaches, bands and support staff got to and from events efficiently as the exclusive ground transportation partner of the NCAA Championships—including March Madness, Frozen Four and College World Series Tournaments.

Played an anchor role in the triple growth of Flight Operations, firmly situating Aero Air as one of the largest FBOs in Oregon and one of the most active on the West Coast.

• Dispatched Part 91, 135 and MediVac for a fleet of twelve, including large, super-mid, mid and small aircraft.
• Corporate clients included Nike, Microsoft, and Columbia Sportswear.
• Assigned flight crews and monitored pilot records for currency, medical and flight training.
• Planned, directed and managed coordination of flight missions for flight crews.
• Made all arrangements for crew and clientele, including hotel, car, and catering, and prepared all documentation for international flights.
• Served as 24-hour, on-call point of contact with hospitals, flight following to coordinate ambulance, patient transfer, and transportation.
