● Accounts Payable (AP): enter bills, code accurately, maintain vendor records

● Accounts Receivable (AR): create/send invoices, apply payments, track aging, follow up

● Invoicing: progress billing + time & materials (as needed)

● Reconciliations: keep bank/credit card activity clean and organized

● Maintain clean records so reporting and tax/accountant handoff is painless

• Managing daily cash transactions, balancing tills, reconciling discrepancies, and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Fast-paced environment and has a strong attention to detail.
• Interact with customers and team members, delivering excellent service and supporting store operations with precision and care.

• Finalize transactions on the cash registers and provide customer service
• Scanning items, processing payments, applying coupons, providing change, and issuing receipts
• Providing customer inquires and handling customer complaint

• Deliver a positive and reliable branch experience by accurately processing processing transactions and engaging customers with care
• Process routine service transactions ( such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing) with accuracy and attention to detail
• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them to efficient ways to bank, including digital tools, self-service options or the appropriate team member
• Build relationships, actively listen to understand everyday financial needs, and connect customers to relevant information services, digital tools, or bankers.
