
•Responsible for maintaining program quality. This includes, but is not limited to; participating in staff orientation and training, client performance and monitoring, and ensuring adherence to the service plan. Also, in conjunction with the Administrative Director, this person is responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and record-keeping.
• Development and implementation of the AFC provider's policies and procedures as outlined in 130
CMR 408.430(A)
• Direction and supervision of all aspects of the AFC program
• Oversight of the hiring, training, supervision, evaluation, and discipline of all AFC staff and independent
contractors
• Fiscal administration of the AFC program including billing, budget preparation, and required program
statistical and financial reports
• Ensuring that the AFC provider meets all of the requirements in 130 CMR 408.000 and 450.000.
•Expected to participate in Agency-sponsored trainings and special events, as well as
industry networking and professional development activities, such as conferences and workshops, as
well as the MA Human Rights Conference, etc.
•Expected to conduct outreach activities at community partners, so to ensure increased
program utilization.
• Mandated Reporter Statute: An individual in this position is considered a “Mandated Reporter”
when on duty, according MA Statutes.
