I am a dependable hard working, motivated with a great attitude and I love to learn new things. I have reliable transportation. I have worked for my mother's restaurant most of my life (a mom and pops all American restaurant). I have no problem taking on extra responsibilities. I am outgoing and have a great sense of humor. I always find the positive in any negative situations.
• Deliver outstanding carrier and driver experience/solutions in a contact center environment through researching, problem-solving, setting appropriate expectations and working within the Amazon transportation network.
• Support workload surges, and or weather related operations as needed to include working significant overtime during designated high volume peaks up to 60 hours weekly.
• Work with cross functional teams use analytical skills to drive data driven decision and effectively communicate insights to others across transportation operations management(Tom), Amazon freight partners, and fleet.
• Provide support to field teams in driver assignment, load acceptance, and driver/equipment availability.
• Use cameras to verify what I can. Also to contribute maintaining the safest procedures possible for anyone and everyone entering the Amazon facility yard!
